Order Processing Times

Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Orders are dispatched from our facility Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that we do not offer same-day shipping; therefore, we appreciate your understanding and patience during the processing period.

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking link for your package. Please allow up to 48 hours from the time of shipment to receive this email. It is important to note that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Most packages are typically delivered to your mailbox or front door; however, if the courier believes the package cannot be safely left in an open area, they may either hold it at a local post office or attempt redelivery. Order Confirmation and Tracking

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the address you provided during the checkout process. This email will be dispatched within 48 hours of order processing. Following this, you will receive a second email notification once your order has been shipped. This email will include your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package. Please be aware that it may take between 1 to 4 days for tracking information to become available. In some instances, tracking updates may be delayed, but rest assured that your order will still arrive. If you experience issues with tracking or delivery, we recommend contacting the courier service directly prior to reaching out to us. International Taxes and Duties

For customers located outside the United States, please note that you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and additional fees that may be levied by your local customs authority. These charges are assessed by your local government or carrier and are not collected by us. As such, they are non-refundable.

We ship all international packages on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis, which means that any applicable fees are not included in the purchase price of the goods. To ensure the timely delivery of your order, all applicable fees must be paid by you, the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges and rates for packages arriving from outside your country.

Please be aware that the carrier may pay any duties and taxes on your behalf upon the arrival of the goods in your country. This allows for a more efficient delivery process. The goods will only be released to you after you have reimbursed the carrier for any fees paid on your behalf. In some cases, you may receive an invoice from the carrier after the delivery of your order, which will include the fees incurred and a nominal administration charge.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We make every effort to expedite order processing and shipping; therefore, there is a limited window to modify or cancel your order after it has been placed. If the window for address modification has closed, we will monitor whether the package is returned to us. If the package is returned, we can either reship it to the corrected address or issue a full refund.
